BANQUETING


Paria Suites & Conference Facilities, located on South Trunk Road, La Romaine, offers six distinct multi-function conference rooms, totalling more than ten thousand square feet. Our meeting rooms are bright, airy and spacious, fully air conditioned, equipped with ample public washrooms and have easy access to our secure parking areas.


Paria Suites provides all food and beverage for our functions. We will allow Champagne at a corkage fee; 

Meeting space rental includes tables, chairs, linens, service ware and service staff. An additional cost applies for audio visual equipment required.



We are delighted to work with your contracted decorators for your event’s décor, under strict conditions that the meeting space walls, floors, ceilings, lighting fixtures, fixed wall décor and drapes/window shades are not punctured, damaged, defaced or destroyed.


All entertainers, bands, DJs performing at Paria Suites, are permitted to provide entertainment, under strict conditions that the noise level must not exceed a pre-set decibel level and must not cause disturbance to our in-house hotel guests. Please note we are primarily a hotel and must ensure the comfort of our hotel guests first. As such, all events must end before midnight.


All external vendors providing decoration, entertainment and other event services must break-down, removing their equipment immediately after the event.
